HELP & ANSWERS

A little clarity.
A lot of confidence.

From choosing a phone to understanding a payment plan. Start with the questions that matter to you.

Getting started

What does lease-to-own mean?

It means paying for a phone over an agreed period, with ownership transferring according to your agreement. You should be able to see the upfront amount, payment schedule, full cost and ownership conditions before accepting an offer.

How do I begin?

Choose a phone from the collection, review its specifications and configuration, then select “Lease this phone.” The initial check asks about your contact details, location and budget.

Do I need a salaried job?

The first step welcomes different income sources, including self-employment, casual work and household support. Choose the option closest to your situation. Gira would still need to review affordability before making a final offer.

What if I need help with my ID or budget?

Choose “I need help with this” for your ID type, or enter 0 for a payment amount you want to discuss. You can still complete the initial check and identify the details that need a conversation.

Does the initial check mean I am approved?

No. It shows whether the basic information is ready for a review or where you would like guidance. Final approval, the exact device and all payment terms require a separate review.

Payments & ownership

How much will I pay?

Pricing is not available in this design preview. Your actual offer must clearly show the upfront payment, instalment amount and frequency, number of payments, any fees and total payable before you commit. The budget you enter is a preference, not a lease price.

Do I pay anything to complete the initial check?

No payment is collected during this initial check. Any payment associated with a real lease would come after you have reviewed and accepted the complete terms.

Can I use MTN MoMo or Airtel Money?

You can indicate MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or bank transfer as a preference in the form. These are preferences in the preview, not active payment integrations. Available methods would be confirmed with your offer.

When will the phone become mine?

The ownership transfer point must be specified in your lease agreement. Review the payment schedule and completion conditions before accepting it.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Your agreement must explain late-payment charges, any restrictions on device use, the process for getting help and the consequences of continued missed payments. These policies have not been set in this preview.

How do delivery, repairs and warranty work?

Device handover, service coverage, the warranty period and repair arrangements need to be confirmed before a lease is accepted. This preview does not promise delivery dates or warranty coverage.

Your information

What happens to information I enter here?

This is a private design preview. Your answers stay in memory on the current page and are not submitted, saved as an application or sent to Gira. Reloading or leaving the page clears them. Please use sample details while trying it.

Does this preview run a credit check?

No. It does not contact a credit bureau, verify your identity or make a credit decision. The result only reflects whether the form is complete and whether you requested help.

How can I contact Gira?

Gira’s customer support details have not been added to this preview. Before launch, this page will need verified contact channels, opening hours and a clear route for application and payment support.
